BINATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING & GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARDS GALA

The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) is pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting, Conference and “Good Neighbor” black tie Awards Gala will be held on May 23-24, 2018 in Washington, D.C.

This event is specifically designed for private and public sector executives and managers to discuss the issues directly impacting their business growth on both sides of the border. The two-day event kicks off with a Congressional Roundtable, and a Reception honoring Gerardo “Jerry” Sanchez, Mayor of the City of San Luis, Arizona and Enrique Reina, Mayor of the City of San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora. The conference begins on Thursday, May 24th, and will feature presentations on major issues affecting the U.S.-Mexico business relationship, including the NAFTA renegotiation and the upcoming Presidential Elections in Mexico.

The evening of May 24th will be highlighted by our “Good Neighbor” black tie Awards Gala, which will be held at the Organization of American States building. The Gala will continue the Chamber’s long standing tradition of honoring individuals in the private and public sectors that have made outstanding contributions to U.S.-Mexico relations.

WHITE HOUSE BRIEFING

Visit to the White House for a briefing with key staff to learn more about the Administration’s view on the U.S.-Mexico relationship, and discuss current developments in the areas of: Trade, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation and Infrastructure, Capital Markets, Border Security, Immigration, Energy, Agriculture, Digital Communication Technologies and Innovation.

CONGRESSIONAL ROUNDTABLE

Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-32) will host a Roundtable with fellow Congressmen for our members to have the opportunity discuss with them issues of relevance for the U.S.-Mexico relationship.

CONFERENCE
Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill

This year’s Conference will continue the Chamber’s reputation of providing our members with topical, in-depth reviews of issues affecting U.S.-Mexico business growth and development.
Among our speakers and participants will be business and industry executives from both countries, along with key government officials.

GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARDS GALA
Organization of American States Building

Each year, the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce honors public and private sector leaders for their vision and commitment to mutually beneficial relations between Mexico and the United States.
Under the patronage of the U.S. Mission to the Organization of American States, our black tie awards gala will be celebrated at the magnificent location of the OAS Building, a venue that symbolizes a united hemisphere.
