David Penchyna is the Director of the Commission for Public Finance and Budget of the Mexican Congress. Mr. Penchyna's position and department is similar to our Federal Reserve. Mr. Penchyna will visit to discuss the current state of the Mexican economic relationship with the United States in the context of the current economic crisis.
